Surely you have heard of ISO 9001, but what is it really? Our Quality Manager Specialist, Roxana Ruscitti, answers some questions:

-ISO 9001 is an international standard applicable to any type of organization, company, field or culture.

-It focuses on increasing customer satisfaction, compliance with requirements and continuous improvement of processes.

-It’s developed from a Quality Management System (QMS): a set of elements that operate so that the organization can plan, direct, order, control and improve its activities in pursuit of the quality of its products and services, the improvement of its processes and global performance in a sustainable way in the long term.Do you want to know more about ISO 9001?
