Coderio was the official sponsor of América Digital 2023 and its CEO gave a key conference on business in post-Covid times.

For those of us who lead technology teams, updating is essential.

For this reason, last June we were present at the 8th Congreso de Tecnología y Negocios América Digital together with +5,000 C-Levels and IT professionals from the entire American continent.

As the official sponsor of the most important tech event in Latam, Coderio participated in different activities aimed at sharing experiences and talking about the future of the sector and its current challenges.

In addition, our CEO, Joaquin Quintas, hosted one of the expo conferences. “Distributed teams in post-Covid times” consisted of an approach to the transformation and adaptation that the pandemic period meant for organizations, and the different ways of surfing these challenging contexts today.

Adapt and move forward

Our company was in full growth when, in 2020, the mandatory quarantine was established worldwide. The COVID-19 pandemic affected face-to-face work, however, Coderio glimpsed a way out and took advantage of it to exploit remote work.

This enabled the conquest of new territories since it allowed hiring collaborators from other countries and, thus, opening the game to all of Latin America, a land of great talents; not only for its technical quality, but also for its culture, ingenuity, drive and passion.

Remote work vs. face-to-face: the best of 2 worlds

The conference given by the CEO of Coderio revolved around the idea of adapting, taking risks and betting on new opportunities.

During the meeting,  Joaquin Quintas delved into a successful case of the company in a post-pandemic context, through his experience managing integrated teams and the challenges he had to face to work effectively in remote environments.

He also talked about the future with special guests. He analyzed the forecasts and strategies about work from now on, the structures and modalities that large companies are adopting and how to apply them in our day to day; with fellow friends.

He was accompanied by Edgar Uriel Morales, Director of Development at Open Pay, Homero Padilla, Director of Development at Farmacias Ahorro, and Julio César Rosas Martínez, Head of IT at GIMSA.
